This describes how Enestedt & Co AB handles personal data when you visit www.enestedt.se, contact us through the form or use the chat.

Contact form
We need your name and email to reply. Company, phone number and message are optional.
We use the data to answer your enquiry and for any further dialogue, based on our legitimate interest.
The data is sent to us as an email and is not stored on the website.
Chat
The chat answers questions about the website's content. Replies are generated by an AI service. Do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.
What you write and the chat's replies are saved so the conversation stays connected and can be shown again when you open the chat. When you use the chat, a necessary cookie with an ID is saved that links the conversation to your browser. The cookie is valid for 12 months. How long the conversations themselves are kept is described under Retention.
We process chat conversations based on our legitimate interest in answering questions.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary: your cookie choice is saved in your browser. When you use the chat, an ID is saved that keeps the conversation together.
Analytics: only if you accept analytics do we use Google Analytics to see how the website is used. Analytics sets no advertising cookies.
Marketing: only if you accept marketing do we use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to contact. In our implementation we have switched off ad personalisation, so we do not send signals for personalised ads to Google.
No optional cookies are set before you make a choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Who receives the data
We use providers for running the website, email, the chat's AI service and, if you have consented, analytics and marketing. They process the data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. After that, we delete it.
Enquiries via the contact form are sent to our email. Correspondence may be kept for follow-up and to document customer relationships and previous assignments. The retention period depends on the content of the matter and the need for documentation.
We keep chat conversations for as long as they are needed to show the conversation history in the chat.
Analytics and marketing data is saved only if you have accepted that category, and for the period set in the service.
Data that we are required by law to keep, for example in our accounts, is kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to the processing, receive it (data portability) and withdraw consent. Contact info@enestedt.se.
